The final ballot for the 2009 Hugo Awards has been announced. The awards for best science-fiction and fantasy of the previous year will be given out at Anticipation, the 67th World Science Fiction Convention, to be held August 6-10, 2009, in Montreal, Quebec. Some nominations are:
