Hugo Award Winners Announced

Locus Online has a summary of the winners of the 2006 Hugo Awards and the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer announced at a ceremony Saturday night at L.A. Con IV, the 64th World Science Fiction Convention in Anaheim, California.
Winners included:


John Scalzi won the Campbell Award.

Patrick & Teresa Nielsen Hayden’s Making Light blog has a comment thread.

Other awards given out at L.A. Con IV where the Chesley Awards by the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists, the Sidewise Awards for Alternate History, and Prometheus Awards by the Libertarian Futurist Society.
